Hi! I'm Leah.  I am a student and a wife. In the fall of 2013 I first started hearing about Advocare, and as someone who has spent most of their life striving for fitness, I was skeptical and began researching the company and products. This route took me to an Advocare event where I decided that this was a company that I would want to be a part of and took the steps to become a distributer. Here is what I discovered in my research...

• There is no magic pill or product.
• Advocare products work to improve a healthy life style. With improper nutrition and lethargy, there will probably be results, but not at the same scale as when done to boost smarter living.
• These products are made with better ingredients then competing products.
• Like many who buy supplements I had tried various brands and stores to find products that I could stomach and provided the results promised. I found some that worked and some that had such horrible side-effects that left me curled-up waiting for symptoms to pass. What all products seemed to have in common is a whole long list of chemicals. With Advocare products have a full list of ingredients and nutrition available online, in addition the products are endorsed by a long list of independent doctors and athletes. Over the last few months I have had the opportunity to try many products in the Advocare line, and while I have preferred some to others, I haven't experienced any negative side effects and have seen an improvement in my weight loss, muscle gain and energy level.

Well to conclude, I love Advocare ( the company, it's products, and my team) I am going to use this blog as way to share my story and my experiences with Advocare products (including the 24 Day Challenge), recipes that can be used during the challenge, success stories and motivation.
